How do I know if counselling is for me?
Counselling can help with a large variety of issues. It can provide a space to process past experiences, address current life stressors, help manage anxiety and depression, improve relationships and change unhelpful patterns and behaviours. Counselling can be tailored to you and your needs. Exploring issues through counselling with a non-judgemental person who is not involved in your life can help see things from a different perspective. Therefore, no matter how big or small the issue, counselling can be beneficial!

I am nervous about contacting, what can I do?
It can be a brave and difficult decision to seek counselling, therefore it is important to acknowledge the process that has brought you to considering counselling. If you would like to contact me, there is no pressure and I can answer any questions you might have. I offer a free 10 minute initial phone call if you would like to meet before committing to sessions with me.
How do I pay?
I accept bank transfer for sessions.
